13 - Power Supplies for LED Strip

Here is a series of 12V and 24V Constant Voltage Power Supplies, for LED Strip light, that are also suitable for use with LED Neon Flex and Modules etc. Often referred to as transformer by the market, they are rated in wattage as is the strip, so it is clear what they can run. However, we would recommend that the user does not exceed say 70-80% of the PSU’s capacity, which is just good practice. In this section are mostly IP20 to IP44 non waterproof Power Supplies suitable for indoor use, though requiring some ventilation (for heat to escape). Its advised that the PSU’s are installed the right way up for optimal cooling.

Dimmable PSU’s are also available as well as a series of Slim Line PSU’s suitable for where space is an issue. Branding is either no-name (however well established), Ltech, and Meanwell among other. 48V PSU’s are also available on an order basis.
